I need a doulas for when I go in the hospital and to help me breastfeed longer

I plan to give birth at Christiana Care in northern Delaware. I’d like to find a doula that takes my insurance and can provide the 3 prenatal, 3 postnatal visits and labor/delivery support. I’m going to be a first time, single mom by choice and am not sure who, if anyone, will be in the delivery room with me and I’d like an advocate and someone I trust to help support and help me understand what is going on and my choices in real time. I’ve also never given birth before so someone that can help me figure out what to expect, what should even be included in a birth plan and what choices or things I should consider. I’m an older mom so someone with alot of experience is appreciated, but I value personality matching and a good fit more. As a single mom I will be happy for any and all additional help someone can provide, I anticipate being very overwhelmed those first few weeks. My provider is Highmark BCBS of DE. Thank you so much!

I do not want to give birth at the hospital, but at a birthing center for the most natural birth/ freedom to decide what I want for me and my baby. Planning on a natural birth with no medicines, and if possible, a doula or midwife with Christian beliefs and values. I'm unsure of costs as it will be through my work insurance. Going birth at a women’s and babies hospital facility. I am unsure of a budget. I would like to try to give birth naturally, but epidural is not off the table completely, no C-section unless medically necessary. Delayed cord clamping. Just me and my husband at home with our 3 dogs, he will not have paternity leave so maybe someone to just assist with light cleanings and guiding me so I don’t go insane

I will be giving birth at Cooper Camden. I plan to labor at home and then hope to establish a calm and comfortable environment when I transition to the hospital. I love to be in water and plan to use a shower. I do plan on receiving an epidural but would like to be prepared in case that cannot happen. I am interested in a doula with several years experience.
