My daughter is 22 months and she still not sleeping through the night. She keeps waking up at least 4-5 times a night. I need help to make her sleep through the night, since there’s no any sleep in the house.
I am looking for an overnight nanny who can help sleep train my 11 month old. My baby does sleep in the crib but cannot fall asleep on her own - I must hold her in my arms and then transfer her to crib. If she wakes up from crib, she immediately rolls over or tries to sit/stand/play. How much ever I pat her calmly she doesn't want to get back to sleep unless I again take her in my arms. I am willing to negotiate the pay. I can assure that nanny will be provided with safe environment. I live with my husband and we have 3 grandparents living with us as well.
My baby, 11 months old had sleep regression at 7 month old and since then only contact sleeps needs to be rocked to sleep in arms. We try to put in crib at night and during day naps. some days she sleeps, but other days she just wants to come back in arms. We want a sleep coach who can help train her to sleep on her own. We do not want to try the "cry it out" method, but any other methods. she sleeps well, but needs help in putting her to sleep by contact and rocking in arms.

Pushing the baby at home need lots of crushed ice im 17 I have nothing for the baby yet
Our baby is 1 month old and although we follow a pretty steady routine with him, he's not sleeping well after that initial sleep between 9:30pm - 2am. Whe he wakes we address before crying starts, where we can, then we feed him 1-2 ounces of breast milk or formula, break for burping and diaper change as necessary and then finish with another 1-2 ounce feeding. There are times where this will allow him to go back to sleep for 1-2 hours and then other times where it'll take 1.5-2 hours to get him back to sleep. The cries can be intense and we have worked with a chiro to help him with the gas. This cycle has been taxing and we need help. The 4am feeding has been particularly challenging and by 8-9am he's wide awake. Mom takes care of the baby almost exclusively during the day while Dad works. Dad helps with 1-2 of the overnight/morning feedings. The baby is also not latching very much which is resulting in almost all feedings coming by bottle. We're looking for an English language experienced support to help with the overnight feedings and sleep training to help us get some sleep and help our baby develop properly. Thanks
