I’m looking to work with someone who is interested in coaching me through the birth of my first child. I am interested in a minimal medical intervention, unmedicated birth. I am open to laboring at home for as long as is reasonable. Then I will be giving birth at Beth Israel.

I am looking for a postpartum doula who can help take care of our baby at night. I am scheduled to have a C-section and know I will need some extra care to recover and looking for someone to help with nights.

Baby has a very shallow latch and both breasts have been damaged since the first day. We are currently using formula while I pump breast milk (as that does not hurt) so I can build a supply for her whether I continue to breast feed or bottle feed with breast milk. The general gist would consist of having a doula present as well as a midwife to assist with the delivery. I will have my immediate family present, which will consist of my husband, mother, sister, and father. The birth will be done in my family home, in an enclosed backyard porch where the birthing pool will be placed. All-natural birth with no medication and just good vibes and energy

I am a Home Visitor from the Healthy Families program in Fall River, Massachusetts. I am looking for breastfeeding support for a mom I am working with. Mom is 33 years old with various concerns about breastfeeding. She has shared with me she is concerned baby is not getting enough to eat and has supplemented with formula on a few occasions. Her baby girl is about one month old. She had no problem gaining weight after birth and was very calm and content when I visited. It is my understanding she just wants reassurance and a professional to address her concerns. Portuguese speaking preferably, for her comfortability. Not sure of her budget as we do not go into depth about finances. Thank you!
