Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Nighttime Doula Care

Overnight doula services are for the family and baby to get support during those nighttime hours. Whether for recovery, adjustment to the new routine, or just a minute of sleep, I’m there to care for you. Minimum of 4 hours required. Maximum of 10 hours per shift between the hours of 9pm-7am This package includes: Newborn care: diaper changes, feedings, soothing, and monitoring Feeding support: breast and bottle feeding Emotional support: check-ins, encouragement and reassurance Household assistance: bottle and pump parts cleaning, baby laundry

$35 USD · Per hour

What to expect

As a postpartum doula, I offer personalized support to help you feel nurtured, empowered, and confident as you navigate life with your newborn. My services include: •Emotional & Mental Support -Active listening in a safe, non-judgmental space -Support with postpartum emotions, mood changes, and mental wellness -Gentle encouragement during the adjustment to parenthood •Infant Care Support -Guidance on newborn care (diapering, bathing, soothing, sleep routines) -Support with feeding (breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding) -Understanding infant cues and development •Parental Recovery & Comfort -Encouragement for physical healing and rest -Tips for managing postpartum recovery •Practical In-Home Support -Light housekeeping (baby laundry, tidying, meal prep) -Sibling support or gentle transitions for older children -Organizing baby essentials and helping establish a routine •Overnight Support -Overnight care so you can get restorative sleep -Presence during challenging times (growth spurts, cluster feeding, etc.) All support can be tailored to your unique needs, values, and preferences. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, I’m here to help you feel grounded.
