About me
Hi everyone! Are you a soon-to-be mother or father? Or perhaps you have not been feeling like yourself since your child’s birth. If so, I would love to support you in managing everything birth-related, as I have specialized training in maternal and paternal mental health. I am passionate about working with birthing individuals and their partners before, during, and after birth. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specifically focus my work on exploring your experiences surrounding fertility concerns, pregnancy, miscarriage or loss, childbirth trauma, postpartum experiences, and more while developing strategies to manage your current symptoms. I help my clients regain agency over their lives and experience joy again. Let’s work together as you navigate life’s ups and downs because you deserve to receive the support you need.
