For as long as I can remember I've possessed a deep empathy and a desire to nurture others. After practicing massage therapy for seven years, I felt called to look for new and more impactful ways to serve and uplift using my skills and intuition. After having had two children of my own, the idea of working with families during their journey to parenthood felt like a natural direction to pursue. I received my certification in 2018 and I haven't looked back since! As a birth and postpartum doula I strive to offer intentional and evidence based support tailored to you, through active listening and acknowledgement of your personal truths and choices. I aim to become my highest self through service to others while embracing inclusivity and the beauty, complexity, and diversity within each individual and family. I support all families through the entire range of reproductive journeys.

Heather was the perfect person to Support us through our pregnancy journey and during the delivery of our daughter. Her gentle approach and deep knowledge made me feel confident that we’d work well together. She has great instincts as a doula, is kind, generous and flexible. It’s been two and a half years since we worked together and I still think about how fortunate I was to have the opportunity to work with Heather, especially when I’m around new moms who didn’t have this kind of support. She will remain a huge part of my healthy and joyful birthing experience. Thank you, Heather, for supporting me in ways I didn’t know I would need.

My name is Andrea Levesque and I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over 10 years of experience working with mamas and babies. A love of all things pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding came from having my two sons. Helping mamas and babies is truly a passion. During my first ever consult where I shadowed a certified lactation consultant, that mentor said to me, "I feel that you have a calling in this field." I couldn't agree more. It is my honor to help parents reach their infant feeding goals, whatever they may be.

I couldn't have done it without her! While I was pregnant, especially as my due date approached, Mama T checked in on me more than my family. We talked about my birth plan, options, sounds, snacks, scents, and what to expect. I had complete trust in her. Her calm demeanor had me entering into my labor with confidence. During labor, she stayed present with me and went through each contraction reminding me it was only a minute...I could do it! During the postpartum period, she was essential as well. I didn't have family close so see continued to check on me and the baby, coaching me through new parent jitters. I highly recommend Therese and really feel I couldn't have done it without her.

"I HIGHLY recommend Joanna Clark!! Before sleep coaching, starting at 5pm like clockwork a meltdown process began. Fighting. Negotiating. Everything was being impacted. It was unmanageable from everyone's perspective. Now, our daughter is more calm, emotionally resilient, confident and content in the evening process. She knows what's coming next and she recognizes that she needs and enjoys some quiet time. This was a structured, methodical process that works. The way Joanna organized everything, seeing it on paper gave me hope that by a certain date we would be successful in the process. The condensed time frame helped us jump off and take the leap of faith. Having an expert we can surrender to, knowing we are totally aligned and knowing our roles was huge in why we were successful. We never believed we would be this successful this fast. I am so glad we didn't let our own ideas of what was going to work or not work impact our momentum, preventing us from seeing this success. We surrendered to the process and the chips fell and now we are on a better path. Thanks for holding us accountable and being flexible. She sleeps 11 hours a night and no more bedtime drama or anxiety!"

I am here to help you when you are unsure what to do next with your children. My specialties include tantruming toddlers, troubled teens, and students with IEPs. My decade-plus of working with students with emotional disturbances and learning-disabilities gives me a valuable insight into the IEP process. I’ve worked with incarcerated minors and students in a residential drug rehabilitation center, and have experience working with non-traditional families and those with separated parents. I also have experience raising children in my own family. I meet with you at your home and can attend IEP meetings with you and your family. I believe that the whole family, children and parents, need to be involved to help strengthen and renew family bonds. My name is Shante, and I am passionately dedicated to guiding women through the transformative journey of childbirth as a birth Doula. With an unwavering commitment to empowering women, I have made it my mission to ensure that every woman I support enters motherhood with confidence, informed choices, and a positive birth experience. One of my areas of expertise is hospital birth, emotional support, and the labor techniques. By skillfully assisting mothers in optimizing fetal positioning, I enhance their chances of a smoother and more comfortable labor. This technique aligns with my commitment to ensuring that the birthing process is as natural and harmonious as possible. In addition, I am well-versed in Hypno-Birthing, a practice that harnesses the power of the mind-body connection to alleviate fear and discomfort during labor. Beyond the physical aspects of childbirth, I recognize the paramount importance of emotional and mental support. I stand by each woman's side as an encouraging voice, providing a safe space for her to express her feelings and fears. My role extends beyond the birthing process itself, encompassing the entire spectrum of emotions that come with the transition to motherhood. As a birth Doula, my commitment to women's well-being goes beyond a profession – it is my calling. I am driven by the knowledge that I have the privilege to make a profound impact on the lives of both mothers and their newborns. My ultimate goal is to facilitate an experience that is not only empowering but also sets the foundation for a strong and nurturing bond between mother and child. I am here to provide guidance, support, and advocacy.

I am a wife, mother, educator, and doula. I love the challenge and beauty of birth. I have decided to follow my passion and calling in life as a birth doula. It is so important that families feel supported, respected, and cared for as they welcome their child(ren) to the world. In addition, those first few weeks after the birth are very tender, emotional, and draining. I want to help lead my clients to positive transitions into parenthood. This happens when we work as a team and collaborate on what makes a healthy birth and postpartum experience for YOU.

My journey started when I finished my studies in early childhood education in Brazil and worked with children of all ages including children with emotional and behavioral disorders. One day I had a opportunity to help my friend on her postpartum and I felt so helpful and happy to give her the love and support she needed. After that I immersed myself in the world of motherhood, I felt so passionate and became a postpartum doula. I also had the amazing experience when I had my own sunshine boy, and being a mother is so unique and wonderful but also very challenging. Today I am so accomplished to do my job as a postpartum doula! I know the importance of having a Doula to help, and support a mother and family in their pre-birth, delivery and also in the difficulties encountered in the postpartum journey.
