I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working with women and families for over 20 years. I offer a compassionate mindfulness based approach to my work with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, grief, trauma, body image and eating issues. I am dedicated to supporting parents who have experienced pregnancy loss and subsequent pregnancy. As coordinator and facilitator for the North Bay chapter of HAND (Helping After Neonatal Death) I lead support groups for grieving parents in San Rafael. I am a member of Postpartum Support International and have completed the perinatal mental health advanced training. I feel privileged to support parents as they navigate this significant life transition.
