About me

Hi! My name is Amanda, and I’m a postpartum doula passionate about supporting families during the precious (and sometimes overwhelming) early days after birth. I have over seven years of hands-on experience caring for newborns and helping new parents feel confident and supported as they adjust to life with a baby. My goal is to bring calm, comfort, and encouragement to your home. Whether it’s newborn care, helping with feeding (breast or bottle), creating a smoother daily routine, light meal prep, or just making sure you get some much-needed rest—I’m here to help however I can. I’m also all about creating a warm, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, express how you’re feeling, and feel truly cared for during this tender season. If you’re looking for someone kind, reliable, and experienced to walk alongside you during the postpartum journey, I’d love to chat and see how I can support your family. Feel free to reach out—I’m currently available and would love to connect!

Service introduction

Here’s how I can help: Newborn Care Diapering, soothing, swaddling, bathing, and supporting healthy sleep habits. I provide gentle, experienced care so you can rest or focus on bonding. Feeding Support Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or combo-feeding, I’ll support your goals without judgment. I can help with latching, feeding positions, burping, and finding a routine that works for you. Light Household Help I assist with baby laundry, tidying up baby-related spaces and making sure your home feels a little more calm and organized. Emotional Support Your feelings matter. I’m a calm, reassuring presence—someone to talk to, cry with, or laugh with during those long days (and nights). I listen without judgment and remind you: you’re doing a great job. Rest & Recovery Time for You You deserve to rest and heal. I’ll step in with your baby so you can nap, shower, eat a real meal, or simply take a breath. You don’t have to do it all alone. Sibling Transition Help If you have older children, I can help them adjust to the new baby with love and care, keeping them engaged while you tend to your own needs. Newborn Care While You Sleep I take over the care of your baby through the night—diaper changes, soothing, swaddling, burping, comforting, and helping your little one settle back to sleep between feedings. Feeding Support (Breast or Bottle) If you’re breastfeeding, I’ll bring baby to you when it’s time and handle everything in between—diapering, burping, and settling them back to sleep—so you can return to rest quickly. If you’re bottle-feeding or pumping, I can manage the feedings while you sleep longer stretches.
