I am also a Holistic Fertility Doula, Reiki/Womb Reiki and Yoga practitioner, and Postpartum Doula (In Training). I provide Womb Release Ceremonies for individuals who have experienced harm/trauma to the womb. I come from a lineage of Bodyworkers and Midwives. I enjoy supporting folx and holding space while they are on their healing path. I look forward to supporting you.

Service introduction

I am a full-spectrum doula who provides support through fertility, birth, postpartum, and Transitional Care (Grief) services. I am a bodyworker who provides support around Reiki (Womb and Full Body), Yoga, and Belly Binding support. I provide a release ceremony for individuals who have experienced trauma around the womb, along with closing the bones as postpartum care. Individuals who are interested in learning more about their soul’s purpose and their littles, I provide spirit baby and astrology readings.

Packages
Full Spectrum Support
For a full spectrum service package, I provide support through three in-person/virtual prenatal appointments. During those sessions, we will cultivate your birth plan and what supports you need to have a positive birth experience. My doula fee package is $1600 - $2000 sliding scale. An initial deposit for services will be requested with subsequent payments collected up to 36 weeks of your pregnancy. Funds from the deposit will contribute towards the overall cost of the doula package. I am in the process of becoming Medi-Cal and Kaiser-approved. Currently, my services are HSA and FSA coverage.

Fertility Doula
Our journey towards fertility is more than just conception, but also how to acknowledge our bodies, mind, body, and spirit. We aim to support and hold space for those who are experiencing challenges or want to prepare their bodies for their fertility journey. Our purpose is to ground and engage in holistic practices and modalities to support our clients. We utilize embodiment practice, herbalism, and coaching to reach optimum wellness in both partners. Three sessions provided: - Virtual Sessions (60-90 minutes each) - Yoga/Reiki Support Sessions (60 minutes) - Phone Check-Ins between sessions (30 minutes) - Guidance on charting your cycle and identifying your fertile window - Lifestyle assessment and recommended modifications Guided meditation, visualization, and relaxation techniques Referrals to other fertility health resources Unlimited text and email support during our contracted time
