As a dedicated Birth and Postpartum Doula, I offer Full Spectrum support to families during their journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. My intention is to empower parents by providing emotional, physical, and informational support curated to their unique circumstances. During labor and delivery, I serve as an advocate, helping to create a safe and nurturing environment for both the birthing person and their partner. My support continues postpartum, where I assist with infant care, parental education, and transition into parenthood. Full Spectrum Support is offered, but not required. You may choose to receive specific services based on your individual needs.
