I am looking for information about midwives and doulas for hospital birth or birthing center. I am on Medicaid. I want still developing my birth plan, I would like someone to educate me and help me develop a natural leaning birth plan.

I would love to find someone to prepare me for labor. Help me know what to expect but also advocate for me during the delivery. Someone who knows what to expect, knows the language, knows what I want and will stand up for me and give me all the information available to me. I don't want myself or my husband to have to be stressed having to google things while I'm delivering because the doctors told me a I need something that I'm not sure if I want. Just someone to advocate for me and make sure I make the right decisions for baby and I. I would like to try an unmedicated birth if possible. I understand complications happen and things change but I really really don't want to deliver on my back. I would like to be as mobile as possible. We plan to deliver at Rust medical Center.

Planning to give birth in a hospital. Estimated budget is 5,000$ -$15,000. This is my second pregnancy, but first birth - since my first pregnancy was a chemical pregnancy and ended in a miscarriage. My birth plan is relatively open and flexible - the only thing I am decided on at the moment is that I would like to walk around as much as possible for as long as I can before I need to start pushing.

We plan to give birth at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque. As far as a birth plan goes, I’m not sure if I will be doing a natural delivery or epidural yet. I plan on doing hypnobirthing, and delayed cord cutting (if all goes to plan.) My budget is around $1,000 but that’s flexible.
