Hello, my name is McKayla Bostick, I am currently switching insurances and I’ll be covered by SoonerCare. I am planing on focus birth at St. Francis Medical Hospital. I have heard about Doulas accepting Humana SelectCare and was wanting to stay within a chart that would cover that. I would love to get prices and fees if not covered by that insurance. I am wanting to go natural without any medication, Pain traversing that may push labor faster. I am still wanting to figure out more what exactly will be the detailed specifics because I do still have 4ish more months.

Inquiring about pricing and information about doula as i’m 23 weeks into my pregnancy and was wanting to find out more information to be able to have a home birth or someone to support me in this process if there’s a birthing center near by. My birth plan is to be natural as possible, with no epidural preferably face based, and not to be pushed with vaccination, I want me and my husband to have golden time and skin on skin contact.

I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and I'm starting to look in to how and where i would like to give birth. My OBGYN has me giving birth at Resolute Hospital In New Braunfels, TX but I would like to look into a home birth. I don't have a budget as I don't know what the average price is. My hope is to have a unmedicated natural birth with little distractions. I want delayed cord clamping, no bathing of my baby girl, immediate skin to skin, and no help with placenta removal unless medically necessary. Most important my husband and I do not want our daughter to be vaccinated. This is my first baby.

1. Highly considering home birth but initial plan is to have it in the hospital (we’re very open, I want a healthy/safe delivery for baby but I want to trust who I put in care of me) 2. My partner & I are willing to work with price ranges (was thinking $4K max, hopefully covered by insurance if possible) 3. My partner & I are still coming up with the perfect birth plan so we’re open. I do have some non-negotiables in mind but would also love the advice of someone experienced to help us with solidifying this.

Looking for a midwife- preferably licensed to help and guide an at home birth. (First birth was done at a birthing clinic) and to fill out all necessary paperwork and documentation for after birth. Currently low Rick and healthy. Moving to Texas late in my pregnancy so most birthing centers have a late gestational cut off time. We will be relocated to south Austin. We just moved at 30 weeks pregnant and I can’t find a midwife or OB who will accept me as a transfer patient. We have Cigna insurance and our out of pocket budget is limited. I want to find a provider who will respect my wishes for an unmedicated low intervention delivery and I would like to give birth in a hospital with a midwife.

I’m planning on a home birth. I’d like a midwife that’s in-network with Cigna. I’d like a water birth.

I prefer a home water birth with Midwife. I am 38 years old with a big fibroid on the top. So they say I am high risk. I am due. March 31. Can I transfer care to a midwife? I have been under Obgyn care. I need my insurance to cover Midwife. I have Triwest and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

I would love to give birth in a birthing center, either in or close by a hospital. We would like to use insurance, I have BCBS of CA FEP plan. I would like minimal interventions but access if needed. I want to move around during labor and have access to tub. Water birth if possible. I would like to have golden hour and to feel comfortable making decisions with my midwife without pressure and with research led information.

I would love to have a natural home birth. My first birth was natural but it was at a hospital. I’d like to spend less than $3000. I’m wondering what insurance cover since my insurance does cover midwives but I don’t have any in my “contracted plan area”.
