I support breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, and combination feeding. I provide basic breastfeeding education and practical feeding assistance within my training, with referrals to qualified lactation professionals when specialized care is needed. My approach to newborn sleep emphasizes safe sleep practices, responsive care, and gentle, developmentally appropriate routines. I am CPR/AED certified and value clear communication, reliability, and respect for your home.
