I’m a certified full-spectrum doula trained in prenatal, birth, and postpartum care. I became a doula because of my own experiences as a queer person, a woman, and a sexual assault survivor. I know how overwhelming, vulnerable, and transformative pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can be—especially when navigating it with a history of trauma or within a system that doesn’t always feel welcoming. That’s why I believe so strongly in the power of education, information, companionship, and community during life’s biggest transitions. My goal is to provide inclusive, trauma-informed support to people stepping into parenthood—whether it’s their first time or their fourth. I bring empathy, deep listening, thoughtfulness, and intention to my work, ensuring that my clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their choices.
