As a mother of two children under two, my journey into doula work was born from personal experience and a deep desire to support families through the transformative stages of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am passionate about guiding first-time parents through the joys and challenges of antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care. Ensuring they feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way. Having both breastfed and formula-fed my own children, I understand that every feeding journey is unique. I provide compassionate lactation and feeding support tailored to your family’s needs, helping you navigate this important stage with confidence. Your birth preferences matter, and I am committed to advocating for your wishes while fostering a calm, low-stress environment. Whether you have a specific birth plan in mind or are still exploring your options, I will support you in making informed decisions that feel right for you and your baby. I am currently completing my DONA certification to ensure I provide the highest standard of care. By the end of the year, I will also be a fully certified Postpartum Doula and Lactation Counselor. Continuing to expand my knowledge to serve families with the utmost care. I would be honored to support you on this journey!

What’s your birthing fee?

My birthing doula fee is currently $1000. $500 as a retainer and $500 due at 36 weeks. However, I am known to be flexible with my fee to fit people’s budgets. I truly believe in doula care, even if that means less in my pocket at the end of the day.

Can you provide services for a C-Section?

Yes! Doulas can provide support for all births! Even c-sections. We help with birth planning, physical and emotional support during your operation, and immediate lactation support afterwards. If baby were to go to the NICU with your partner, I would stay with you to make sure you’re not alone and still feel supported.

Do you provide postpartum care?

Yes! Per my contract, I provide 4 hours of postpartum care. Usually split up into two, two hour sessions. Being both a birthing and postpartum doula, I can provide even more support after birth!

What does postpartum care look like?

Postpartum care differs from doula to doula. I offer things like light house work, cooking and meal prepping, light errands and grocery shopping, medication pickup, helping you and baby bathe, lactation and feeding support, and the occasional overnight stay to make sure you get the sleep you need to be your best!
