As a birth doula, social worker, and proud parent parent of two incredible daughters, my journey into birth work is deeply personal and rooted in both lived experience and professional purpose. I know what it feels like to navigate pregnancy with support and I know what it feels like to do don't alone. Those contrasting experiences shaped my passion for showing up fully for others during one of life's most powerful and vulnerable transitions. Whether you're surrounded by loved ones or navigating this journey solo, my role is to ensure you feel empowered, informed and never alone. My philosophy centers on honoring your voice, your choices, and your unique story. With a background in trauma-informed care, mental health, and community advocacy, I bring a holistic and affirming approach to support your physical, emotional, and informational needs. I believe birth is not just a medical event, it's a sacred transformation. I meet each family with compassion, cultural respect, and evidence-based support, and I strive to hold space for healing, joy, and agency.
