About me

Alexzandreia has been providing support to new parents, business owners, and other wellness leaders after developing an extensive background working in the mental health field. Following her own journey through experiencing perinatal mood disorders combined with a major career shift after the birth of her daughter during the Covid-19 pandemic, she became motivated to fulfill her passion to provide support to others in a *new* setting. Alexzandreia aims to be a trusted leader and healer within her community and among all fellow humans. ________ ”My belief is that we are all just doing the best that we can with what we’ve got. I’d like to give you more by serving as a member of your village. I strive to provide communities, parents, and businesses with more tools and opportunities to create lives that leave us all feeling more fulfilled. It is imperative for individuals who are leading others to healthier living- to feel well themselves. We all need emotional, physical, and spiritual support. We all need time for self care. We all need to have opportunities to share our lives and our time with loved ones. We need to feel safe enough to ask for help. We need to feel like we matter. My Mission: To provide support to both new parents and business owners by providing them with support plans based on their individualistic need, overall goals and personal values. My Values: Providing others with opportunities for their personal wellness and offering non-judgmental and unbiased education, empathy and compassion, regardless of age, race, sex, or religion.
