Postpartum care options allow you to learn and achieve self-sufficiency in an environment of non-judgmental and cooperative care while being nurtured as you heal and readjust to all that parenting requires. Service introduction

Birth doula services include prenatal preparation tailored to your family's needs, up to 2 in person meetings, unlimited text/phone support, in person labor support and follow up for 2 weeks after birth. Lactation support beyond 2 weeks is available. Postpartum doula services arranged on an individual basis to support birther's recovery and assist with infant and home care. Certified Lactation Counselor can arrange prenatal education prep for feeding, postpartum evaluation either in person or virtual for help with latch, positioning, assessment milk transfer.
