Initial Lactation Consultation
90 Min Session to include intake of NEW client with history and exam. This can help support proper positioning, correct latch, sufficient breastmilk supply, clogged ducts, nipple pain, and other breast related and postpartum complaints. This session will include a weighted feed (weigh baby before and after feeding to observe how much milk they are transferring). Preferable done in the home (which incurs a small travel fee depending on distance from San Diego clinic)

Initial Acupuncture Treatment
The Initial Acupuncture Treatment will include a full history and exam by the practitioner to be able to create an individualized treatment plan, followed by the acupuncture treatment and may include other modalities as appropriate to treatment plan.

Ultimate Postpartum Recovery Session
This popular and comprehensive session includes in home lactation consultation, relaxing acupuncture treatment for the birthing parent and healing pelvic steaming session or herbal consultation as well as auricular acupressure for partner and infant massage tutorial. Guidance around infant behavior, cues and sleep are also covered during this thorough and nourishing 3 hour session.
