About me

My name is Alleah Welch, I am a former Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse turned current Birth and Postpartum Doula. I am also currently pursuing my Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Certified Nurse Midwifery. I currently live in Huntsville, Al. I am a mother of 4 beautiful children. It is thorough my own birthing experiences that ignited the fire in me that is my passion for women’s health. I believe that pregnancy, birth and postpartum are the true essence of the magic that women possess and it should be treated as such. I believe that doulas should be accessible to all women as a primary part of maternal health care. I am a believer of holistic health, healing the mind, body and spirit, as well as herbalism and natural methods. I offer a variety of services including antepartum, birth and postpartum doula services(purchased individually or all together), a variety of herbal teas, oils , butters, meal prep catering to whatever diet you abide by. I also offer birth plans for purchase, as well as a postpartum guide for first time parents. I would love to be apart of your journey rather it’s your first or fifth baby. All women deserve a doula!

I offer a variety of birth and postpartum packages, prenatal yoga, meal prep, herbal teas, oils and shea butters as well as birth plans and a postpartum guide for new parents.

• Birth Planning Session: We will go over options for birth and create a plan that contains comfort measure, newborn preferences, labor preferences and more. • 1 Prenatal visit: ( close to 38 weeks to go over what to expect and how to prepare for labor) • UNLIMITED phone, text, email communication during business hours: I want you to tell me everything ! The more I know the better I can serve you. Reach out after appointments, experiencing new discomforts, or simply having questions. I’m here for you. • 24/7 on call support at 37 weeks: We’ll go over the labor preparedness packet you receive at the beginning of services. • Unlimited labor and birth support: I’m by your side the moment we determine you’re in labor up to an hour after you deliver. • 1 Postpartum Visit

I can accompany you to your medical prenatal appointments and more! • UNLIMITED phone, text, email communication during business hours: I want you to tell me everything! The more I know the better I can serve you. Reach out after appointments, experiencing new discomforts, or simply having questions. I’m here for you. • 24/7 on call support at 37 weeks: We’ll go over the labor preparedness packet you receive at the beginning of services. • Unlimited labor and birth support: I’m by your side the moment we determine you’re in labor up to an hour after you deliver. • 4 Postpartum visits (up to 2 hours) • Herbal Tea (for postpartum recovery) • Herbal Steam (for postpartum vaginal steaming)

Postpartum Care
Postpartum support offers both physical and emotional support after giving birth. Services offered include light housekeeping, sibling support, newborn care and more. $25/hour between the hours of 9am-6pm. (minimum 4 hour shifts)
