Hi! My name is Lindsay Idler, and I am a certified birth and postpartum doula serving the New Jersey and Philadelphia area. Having doula support at the births of my 3 children unlocked my love for all things birth and supporting & empowering women. I believe everyone has a right to a safe, positive birth experience. My practice prioritizes nonjudgmental support, information for informed decision making, and helping moms and families advocate for themselves. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and our sweet dog. I also love a good fire pit, reading, and crocheting.

As a certified Newborn Sleep Specialist and CPR-certified caregiver, I bring both expertise and peace of mind to the families I serve. I focus on helping infants establish healthy sleep foundations from the very beginning, which often reduces or eliminates the need for formal sleep training later on. In addition to overnight care, I also offer sleep consultations, providing families with a personalized plan and practical strategies to help improve their baby's sleep. Hello, my name is Katia Almada, and I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula dedicated to helping families feel supported, confident, and cared for as they welcome their new baby. Through my practice, Golden Hour Doula, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where parents can focus on bonding with their baby, recovering peacefully, and feeling empowered in their journey into parenthood.

Being a Doula has brought much fulfillment into Jennifer’s life. As a Birth Worker, she enjoys being able to be a source of comfort and guidance for families. Seventeen years ago, she decided to become a birth & postpartum doula after working closely for years with her own grandmother, who was a midwife. It gave her the confidence and strength to pursue birth work. Her role as a birth worker allows her to provide the support parents and babies need in order to ease the transition into the amazing life of parenthood.  She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and is currently learning ASL. Other than being a Certified Full Spectrum Doula, Jennifer also holds an Associate’s Degree in Arts & Science: Psychology, Trauma-Informed Doula, Certified Adult/Pediatrics CPR/First Aid, Certified Herbalist, and continues to extend her knowledge by attending workshops such as, Spinning Babies and Pelvic Dynamics.  Jennifer adores her role as a mother of 3 amazing children. She enjoys leading nature walks, or teaching herbalism. Jennifer has years of experience with singletons and twins as well. She finds it to be an honor and privilege to help parents entering their postpartum journey.

Evana Cooper is a certified Midwives Assistant, Labor and Postpartum Doula and Childbirth Educator. She certified as a doula and childbirth educator in 2019 with AMANIBIRTH. She is an experienced youth educator, and a committed advocate to the necessity of families experiencing empowered birth experiences. A mother of four herself, she began her journey to birth-work after experiencing first-hand the struggles of birthing her own children without assistance from any immediate family. She now strives to pass on what she has learned to other mothers and works tirelessly under her own brand to serve, educate, and empower families through labor and postpartum.

Bringing a baby into your life can be a beautiful yet, overwhelming experience. I've been a doula for 11 years and counting, so I've been doing this long enough to know that every family is different. Because of that, I like to get to know the families I work with so that I can support them in a way that is specific to their individual needs. I do not make the decisions for parents or tell them what to do, I empower them to have the confidence in their own parental decisions with evidenced based information, care and empathy.
