About Nikki

Bringing a baby into your life can be a beautiful yet, overwhelming experience. I've been a doula for 11 years and counting, so I've been doing this long enough to know that every family is different. Because of that, I like to get to know the families I work with so that I can support them in a way that is specific to their individual needs. I do not make the decisions for parents or tell them what to do, I empower them to have the confidence in their own parental decisions with evidenced based information, care and empathy. On top of being a doula, I'm a Childbirth educator, Certified Lactation Counselor, Nutritionist, Holistic Health Coach, Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer with specialties in pelvic floor, core health, prenatal and postpartum fitness. I bring all of my skills to families to support them in the way that is specific to their needs.
