This package includes two prenatal visits, assistance with creating a birth plan, on-call labor support, lactation tea of choice, baby wearing tutorial, an in-home postpartum visit, valuable resources and referrals.

This includes 4-hour minimum daytime shifts
Overnight support provides families with peaceful rest and reassurance during the early weeks of newborn life. As your overnight postpartum doula, I care for your baby throughout the night—handling feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and sleep support—so you can get the restorative sleep your body truly needs. I monitor your baby’s cues, help establish healthy nighttime routines, and ensure you wake up feeling refreshed and confident for the day ahead. This service is ideal for families recovering from birth, managing multiple children, navigating feeding challenges, or simply wanting professional support during those crucial nighttime hours. With compassionate, evidence-based care, I create a calm and nurturing environment that promotes bonding, healing, and rest. You don't have to do those long nights alone—let me help you recover, settle in, and enjoy this precious season with more ease.
This service includes a phone consultation, placenta preparation using the steamed method, and your placenta capsules. I also offer placenta pick-up and drop-off, along with unlimited emotional and informational support. Additionally, you may choose to receive: A placenta tincture (optional), an umbilical cord keepsake (optional), or a photograph of your placenta (optional). My lactation education services provide personalized feeding support, helping you establish a successful breastfeeding or chestfeeding journey with evidence-based techniques and compassionate guidance. Together, these services create a holistic, nurturing approach to parenthood—ensuring you are supported not just during birth, but well beyond it.
