About me

Hi, my name is Amaya and I would love to be your doula! In my care, I prioritize mental health and wellness and trauma reduction. I come from a background in Black maternal health justice research and am in school to become a medical social worker. Because I am only 21 years old and a newer doula, I am able to connect with even the youngest of mamas and provide contemporary care and insight into maternal experiences. Consultation Services
This package is for anyone who wants to connect with me on a one or two-time basis to discuss preconception care, pregnancy or birth, my doula care, a doula’s role, etc! Meetings will only last 1 hour and if more than one is needed, additional meetings can be scheduled at the close of the first. Available both virtually and in person. NOTE: If you are seeking pregnancy or postpartum doula care, consultation is complementary and focuses on your preferences.

Postpartum Doula Care
This package is very flexible depending on one’s needs postpartum. This can consist of newborn care, home management (including cleaning or meal prepping), mental health consultations, etc. Please note that specific requests may increase hourly rate. Includes complementary consultation so you can decide if I'm the right fit for you!

Pregnancy Doula Service
As your pregnancy doula, we will work together to create your birth plan, including pain management, and navigate emotional support needs for you and your family. This is my main service that includes: -2 prenatal visits -labor support -1 postpartum visit - 24/7 on-call services Additional services will be added to the base price by request. Includes complementary consultation so you can decide if I'm the right fit for you!
