From the very beginning, she has been extremely attentive, patient, gentle, and compassionate. You can immediately tell that newborn care is not just a job for her—it is something she genuinely loves and takes pride in.
She pays close attention to every little detail and is always focused on making sure the baby is comfortable, safe, and well cared for. She is very knowledgeable, dependable, nurturing, and reassuring, which gives parents such peace of mind during those important first weeks and months. I'm fortunate to have Andi as a sleeping coach for my newborn. I have 2 older boys and sleep was an issue when they were babies. As much as we would have loved Andi to work with us, unfortunately by the time we contacted and spoke with her she had already been about to start with another family. We had been looking because our nanny at the time was having health issues and had to leave. Although Andi was busy she was quick to assist me and actually helped with the process of finding someone. She contacted her colleagues and posted the job for me on a few sites she uses. She was able to get me in touch with a fantastic nanny and I really couldn't have done it without her.
