Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just emotionally exhausted? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. Hi, I’m Andie, a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) offering affordable therapy that helps you overcome challenges and create meaningful change. I support youth and adults both in-person and virtually across Ontario, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, Markham, and Vaughan. With a compassionate, curious, and caring approach, I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and past trauma. My practice integrates somatic work, trauma-informed therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and psychodynamic therapy.

As a therapist intern, I support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, navigating stress or self-doubt, and struggling to set boundaries in their relationships. I work with students, professionals, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ clients, and those exploring cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and cultural expectations. My approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, authenticity, empathy, and empowerment, allowing you to pave your own path while offering support and practical strategies along the way.
