Hi, I’m Andrea, a Full-Spectrum Doula, Sleep Consultant, and longtime caregiver with over 14 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the tender postpartum season. My approach is gentle, evidence-based, and centered on helping parents feel calm, confident, and cared for. I’ve supported families in homes and hospitals and I’m passionate about creating nurturing spaces where every parent feels seen and supported. The Gentle Start
- 40 hours of in-home postpartum support (day or overnight)
- Infant care, feeding support, and gentle sleep guidance
- Light home care and meal prep to help you rest and recover
- Emotional support and reassurance as you adjust to parenthood

Rest And Recovery
-60 hours of day and/or overnight support -Recovery-focused care for birthing parent -Newborn care and sleep shaping -Support with feedings, routines, and parent wellness -Light household organization and meal prep *Ideal for those seeking more rest, structured care, and building a new rhythm at home
Village Builder
-100+ hours of extended in-home support -Ongoing guidance around infant care, sleep, and recovery -Emotional check-ins and coaching for both parents -Resource referrals and help building your local support network -Optional virtual check-ins between visits *Ideal for those who are looking for a trusted caregiver through the postpartum period
The Essentials Birth Package
- 1–2 prenatal visits (birth preferences, comfort techniques, postpartum planning)
- On-call support from 35 weeks until birth
- Continuous physical and emotional support during active labor
- Up to 2 hours of immediate postpartum support after delivery
- 1 postpartum support visit
The Comprehensive Birth Package
- 2 prenatal visits (birth plan, comfort tools, partner coaching, etc)
- On-call support from 35 weeks until birth
- Continuous birth support
- 2 postpartum support visits)
- Text/email support during pregnancy and for 6 weeks postpartum
The Full spectrum Package
- 2–3 prenatal visits
- On call from 35 weeks
- Continuous birth support
- 3 weeks of postpartum support (up to 30 hours included)
- Newborn care, rest and recovery support, and postpartum planning
- Text and virtual support between visits
