About me

I have over 15 years of child care experience including being a mother myself. I am interested in working as a doula, to provide support and reassurances to new parents. I am looking forward to opportunities to assist parents with challenges while, sharing the skills I have learned through assisting others. I enjoy caring for the new born, as well as postpartum care for mom. what I love most about being a doula is assisting mothers in their ideal birthing experience. I am self starter, I work well with a team or alone, If and when I have questions that need clarification I do ask without hesitation. I am compassionate and understanding of the challenges that come with new parenting. I encourage and validate new parents by providing a calming and supportive presence during challenging times. I am a mother of three 13, 12, 9 two boys one girl LPN, and have some medical experience My mother, and grandmother practice midwifery I am resourceful, if I don't know I will research to find out Newly relocated to Houston Texas I support mothers/fathers choices for their baby ( bottle feeding or Breast feeding is their choice) I am a great listener I want to hear your story
