About Brandi

As a full-spectrum doula with eight years of experience working with newborns and supporting families, I am deeply committed to empowering parents during one of the most transformative times of their lives. As a devoted mother to my four-year-old, who had an amazing home birth experience with a supportive birth team, I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of parenthood, and I bring that empathy into my work. Currently pursuing my studies in midwifery, I am dedicated to expanding my skills to offer even greater support to families. I also have a passion for fitness and nutrition, and I love helping prenatal and postpartum mothers prioritize their wellness, recognizing that a healthy body and mind contribute to a positive parenting experience. My philosophy centers on creating a nurturing, nonjudgmental space where families feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive in their unique journeys.

Duration: 20 hours (to be used over 2-4 weeks)

What to expect

I offer a range of holistic services designed to support families during the postpartum period and beyond. My services include infant care to help ease the transition into parenthood, in-person and virtual lactation support to promote successful breastfeeding, and baby-wearing education to encourage bonding and convenience. I also provide overnight postpartum care to give parents much-needed rest, as well as meal prepping to ensure families enjoy nourishing meals during this busy time. As a certified fitness trainer, I guide prenatal and postpartum mothers in rebuilding strength and prioritizing wellness. Light cleaning and laundry services are available to help maintain a peaceful and organized environment. Additional offerings include belly binding for postpartum recovery, sound therapy for relaxation and emotional balance, and resource referrals to connect families with valuable community support. My goal is to provide comprehensive care that nurtures both parents and babies.
