Deciding to go to counseling takes a huge step of courage. Therefore, connecting with your counselor and feeling comfortable sharing your heart is a top priority. I provide counseling for women, primarily with young adults and mothers. I also offers play therapy for children from the ages of 3-9 years old. Additionally, I facilitate support groups for pregnant women and postpartum women. Whether through talk or play, we will work together process your thoughts and feelings during life's challenging moments. I will meet you where you are and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I believe it is an honor to be invited into her client’s private experiences and the opportunity to guide them towards living a meaningful life. I hope you will take this next step and allow me to partake in you or your child's journey towards healing. “Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we will ever do.” – Brene Brown
