This is honestly a difficult review to write… not because there is any shortage of reasons to praise Cherish, but because no amount of it can truly do justice to explaining just how meaningful her presence was in my journey from pregnancy through childbirth. As a headstrong person intent on going about a “natural” birth within the healthcare system, I knew I wanted to have a doula to help campaign for me, to provide me support and tools through one of the most vulnerable and raw processes a woman can go through. I interviewed many doulas, and while many seemed qualified on paper, I just knew something was missing. Then as fate would have it, I came across Cherish. We had an initial call to discuss the variety of services she offered. Already then, speaking with her felt natural, like meeting someone who you knew could be a friend. It was easy to sense that she genuinely cared, and exuded passion (and compassion). We had meetings and check-ins throughout my pregnancy, to discuss logistics such as my birth plan, generalities like how I was feeling and how certain tests went, as well as address more spiritual matters like my feelings around becoming a mom or subconscious fears that were surfacing for me. Every time I was filled with awe and gratitude for the perfect alignment of her complete holistic support that I knew I had been seeking all along. To make matters more complicated, I went over my due date and with each passing day, my doctor (and the healthcare system) started to tout medical fear mongering to push me into an induction that I knew I did not want/need to do. After every check-up, Cherish and I would connect to logically discuss from a place of knowledge and trust. It was not simply “We are not inducing”, but rather “We are trusting all positive signs of the monitoring and taking an educated stance on it not being medically necessary at this time.” To make a long story short, at 41 weeks and 6 days I finally gave birth to the most perfect, healthy and beautiful baby girl. There was no epidural, no cascade of interventions, no “emergency c section”. If it were not for Cherish’s support, I have no doubt my story could have gone very differently. Instead, when I think about my labor, even with all the variables I could not control for (and that is childbirth at the end of the day), I feel like I had as perfect of an experience as I could have wished for. Not because it was without its share of complexity, but because I truly felt I was in the best hands. Cherish’s presence carried me through every minute of labor’s pain and challenges. I wanted my labor to be intimate with just my partner and myself, and having Cherish did not distract from that in any way. (She had also met my partner in advance of my labor to provide him with tools to help support me in the process.) I ultimately felt more comfortable with her presence in my delivery room than I would have been with my own family. She truly has a place in my heart for life, and there is no question that if I were to go through this process again, I would hope (and be so lucky!) for Cherish to again be by my side.

My husband and I absolutely love Cherish! She served as our birthing doula and truly so much more. From the very beginning, her care, encouragement, calming presence, and steady hand made us feel like we had found our baby’s village…our family.
We still laugh and smile when we think back on our birthing experience because Cherish made the room feel so peaceful and sacred. The lights were dimmed with candles glowing, soft music played in the background, and every detail reflected exactly how my husband and I wanted to feel during one of the most important moments of our lives. What touched us deeply was how much she included my husband in the experience too. She cared about both of us emotionally, mentally, and physically throughout the entire process.
As first-time parents choosing a natural birth experience something no one in either of our families had ever done… we carried a lot of excitement while others carried fear. Instead of us leaning into their opinions we leaned into Cherish and our union. Cherish made us feel empowered. She made us believe we could do it. Her support gave us confidence when fear tried to take over.
During labor, she guided me with such gentleness and strength. From massages and breathing techniques to helping my mother and husband understand how to support me during contractions, she brought such wisdom and comfort into the room. She helped turn what could have been an overwhelming experience into one that felt intimate, powerful, and beautiful.
And honestly, her support didn’t stop at labor. She was there for every text message, every phone call, every question, every fear. Never once did she make me feel like I was bothering her. She loved on us genuinely and made our journey feel personal, like she truly wanted the absolute best for our family.
There truly are no words strong enough to describe how grateful we are for Cherish and the experience she gave us. What she provided went far beyond doula services. She gave us peace, confidence, love, and unforgettable memories. We even extended her beautiful services to a park date where she loved on on our baby while walking her and even creating a safe space where we sat in the sun picnic style at the park.

Cherish is amazing! Have had 3 prenatal massages with her so far and after the first one I knew it was a great fit and bought a 4 pack and hired her for doula services.
Her energy is calm, positive, and "let it go" based. Which I desperately need.
At my last massage I'd been suffering from 2 days straight of migraines, and GONE. Prior to that I had severe SI joint pain probably due to Posterior baby, and had tried EVERYTHING (meds, PT, all the related stretches I could find on the internet, even acupuncture) and nothing helped... except Cherish.
She is spiritual but pushes no specific religion your way; she seems to me rather multi-modal in this way, if that makes sense?
Anyways, not gonna lie... I kinda hate to give glowing reviews to the places/people I LOVE as it runs the risk of making my favorite providers, restaurants, etc busier (I know, selfish of me!) but her services are gold and I really appreciate her and all the help she has given me so whatever I can do to help her grow her business is fine by me.

I recently saw Suzy Abboud for a 2 hour massage. Suzy is a talented healer and very effectively uses her skills in helping me to overcome some painful issues which resulted from a fall. I rejected the idea of shoulder and hip surgeries and felt that alternative approaches could result in a more positive and healthy outcome for me. Suzy is an expert in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, clinical massage and craniosacral therapy approaches in helping me to achieve a more healthy body and enhanced posture. After a 2 hour massage, I slept more soundly and was able to walk so much more comfortably. What an amazing transformation! Carrie is a massage therapist who uses Shungite as a hot stone massage. Shungite is full of antioxidants and is a healing stone that helps with detoxifying and purifying your body by absorbing and eliminating any negative energies or anything that is health hazardous to the body.
She also specializes in lymphatic drainage which gets the body to release.
Cherish specializes in women's health. She specializes in postpartum and prenatal massage. She also offers yoni steam bath and yoni massage to release all trauma.
Suzy has been a massage therapist for 9 years she specializes in Myofascial Release (Trauma, inflammatory responses, and/or surgical procedures create Myofascial restrictions) and craniosacral massage (a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.) She combines the two for maximum trauma relief.

AMAZING! I received a myo-facial massage with cranial Sacrial release from Suzy & I have to say it was the best massage I have ever had! My body went into a deep relaxation & I could feel my body release in places that were stuck. On a spiritual level cranial Sacrial work brings up a lot of body memories for me; I could feel them releasing as memories flashed through my mind. Suzy is very talented & knows what your body needs to come into resolution. I am so thankful to have found her!
