My birth plan is focused on safety and health, with the main goal being a healthy baby and a healthy mother, while receiving proper medical care and support throughout the process.
1) looking for a lactation consultant as I am producing only 1oz of milk for my month old baby. Currently bf and supplementing with formula (she drinks 2-3 ounces) 2) also wanted to inquire about night nannies. Thank you! Budget: unsure as I’m new to a nanny.

I am a first time mom looking for a Doula to come and spend time with me and my newborn (3/19/26 DOB) and provide education and assistance as we make this transition. This would be short term to help us be set up for success. I want to make sure I understand all his cues to the best of my ability - what truly is hungry, versus needing soothing, gas vs burping, etc. we also recently started using a sleep schedule and I’m not sure how helpful it is. I am also potentially interested in overnight assistance.
I need of changing and feeding during sleep hours

1. Where do you plan to give birth? I plan to give birth at Holy Cross Hospital. 2. Estimated budget I am currently exploring my options and am open to discussing pricing and packages. I would like to find a doula who offers reasonable or flexible pricing for prenatal, birth, and postpartum support. 3. Describe your birth plan I am looking for a supportive and calm birth experience. This is a pregnancy where I want to feel safe, informed, and advocated for during labor and delivery. I would appreciate a doula who can provide emotional support, help me stay relaxed, and guide me through the labor process at the hospital. I am open to pain management options and want someone who can help me make informed decisions in the moment. Overall, I want a positive, peaceful birth experience with strong support before, during, and after delivery.

We are looking for a newborn care specialist for our three week year-old one night a week. We live in Baltimore City. He was born a month early and was in the Nicu for nine days but is doing well now other than not sleeping consistently, so we would love someone with some experience as a sleep coach as well!
Our 4month old is still waking very two hours overnight. After 4 months, mom’s exhaustion is becoming dangerous so we seek some help at night with giving the baby feeds, settling him, and hopefully helping him learn to sleep longer. We can pay $35/hr
