We are looking for a newborn care specialist for our three week year-old one night a week. We live in Baltimore City. He was born a month early and was in the Nicu for nine days but is doing well now other than not sleeping consistently, so we would love someone with some experience as a sleep coach as well!

I am a first time mom looking for a Doula to come and spend time with me and my newborn (3/19/26 DOB) and provide education and assistance as we make this transition. This would be short term to help us be set up for success. I want to make sure I understand all his cues to the best of my ability - what truly is hungry, versus needing soothing, gas vs burping, etc. we also recently started using a sleep schedule and I’m not sure how helpful it is. I am also potentially interested in overnight assistance.
