Our first baby is due in August and we're planning a hospital birth. We'd like support through late pregnancy, delivery, and/or postpartum ideally from someone experienced with first-time parents. Would like ideas on payment and payment methods to determine budget. We will make this work as it’s important to me.

I am planning to give birth at a hospital in Raleigh NC and I am in network with Cigna (Open Access Plus plan) I am looking for someone with experience in supporting first time mothers in creating a birth plan, offering emotional and educational support during labor and postpartum.

I am very newly pregnant for the first time and doing research to understand what my options are for birth and postpartum support.

am seeking a doula to help provide support, advocacy, and guidance throughout my pregnancy and delivery. As I am early in my pregnancy and have not yet had my first OB-GYN appointment, I am still learning about my options and what to expect. I would like a doula to help me understand the process, create a birth plan, and ensure that I feel heard and supported during labor and delivery. Having someone present who can advocate for my needs and help me feel safe and informed is very important to me.

We just moved to NC and practically have 0 support. We also have a 20 month old. My pregnancy is high risk and I’ve had a very contentious relationship with my care providers since moving here. I’d like to hire a doula for additional support. It just feels like I’m going to need it.

Potiental birth doula needed. Birthing at Haven birth center in Cary NC. Our Home is in Youngsville NC about an hour away. Looking for more local lactation consultant closer to home. Open to wake forest, or even north Raleigh area. Budget 2-3k looking for postpartum support with some overnights maybe 5 around the 3-4 week mark for our newborn ideally postpartum and lactation in one person. Lactation support through 3-6months postpartum as i return to office. May consider using as birth doula and can add more to budget for this. 1-2k more

I’m looking to hire a doula for birthing and labor support. This will be my 4th time giving birth. My partner has a very hectic schedule and there is a big potential he won’t be able to make it to the birth. I need to ensure that I have support during my labor. I’ve dealt with some health issues prior to pregnancy so I want to ensure that I have support during my stay at the hospital.

I would like to deliver either at home water birth or at a birthing center in NORTH CAROLINA. A doula and/or midwife that accepts United healthcare Medicaid. Someone that is able to handle any possible obstacle that we may face.
