postpartum care for 1 month old baby and mom-doula or infant care certification-2-3 days per week for c. 4-6 hours-$25+ per hour

Looking for a doula to support with birth planning, birth support, and postpartum support for first baby.

I'm prescreening on behalf of my girlfriend's daughter (Anna) who is a first time mother to a beautiful baby girl Freya who is 6 months old. Anna and her husband Jakob have used up their maternity leave and were planning to put Freya into daycare this month. However, Freya has not taken the bottle (she had to get her frenulum snipped, but she still isn't taking it) and they were concerned about daycare since still only breast feeding (they are now trying the cup/straw thing). The parents are tired and there is lots of attachment they need to break before daycare. Her mother goes back to work Jan 27, but it's from home. They are trying to piece together a schedule with a few caretakers and the current dates they need to fill are (might be slightly changes): Jan 29 and 30. Feb 5, 7, 13, 14, 18, 21, 25, 27, 28 and possibly some dates first week of March. Hours would be 9am-3pm. Looking for good nanny type in the $20 range. They are very nice people and live in Durham Chapel hill area. Please let me know if you have interest and availability and your rate. Plus, I would need to call at least one reference. Seeking urgent help this weekend with lactation. Our baby was born with a tongue tie and has caused nipple trauma for mum on one breast. Baby has lost 9% birth weight and Mum is feeling possibly engorged on one side where she has been feeding.
