I am a first time mom, will be 45 at birth, giving birth at UNC Chapel Hill. I am looking for a doula to help with the hope of an unmedicated birth, but open to whatever birth is most healthy for me and baby. Budget up to $2000
Night nurse
I had a wonderful Doula for my first Birth in Virginia and I’m looking for a Doula in the area for my second child due in September.
I have twin girls and my partner is away for work for the next 4 weeks. I would really like support overnight so that I can get some sleep. I would prefer someone with plenty of experience and certified. At night I do pump and bottle feed my breastmilk to the girls (roughly every 2 hours). It would be great if someone could take care of them so all I have to focus on is pumping. It would also be nice if they could help me put them to bed. So ideally, this person would be with me from about 10/10:30pm-8am. Finances are tight, so the more affordable the better.
Insurance covered doula. Hospital birth, preferably a black woman.
We recently welcomed our second child in late March, and are looking for daytime support when dad returns to work. My preference would be weekdays (1-2 mornings a week), but we have flexibility.
1. Duke Hospital 2. Insurance 3. I plan on having a gentle scheduled C-section with having my tubes removed. I would like to have delayed cord clamping and I want to keep my placenta as well.
i want to birth at home. me and my partner would like to speak with someone about birth plans etc
I am 11.5 weeks' pregnant and would love to hire a certified postpartum doula to assist both before, during, and after delivery. My due date is January 6, 2027. Our family is seeking a direct-hire. NOT an agency. Leading up to January, we are seeking help with planning ahead for the baby’s needs and my medical recovery. This help would include purchasing supplies, stocking the baby’s room, creating changing and nursing stations, creating a birth plan, and making sure I have all supplies and equipment I’ll need to recover from either vaginal or c-section delivery. Ideally, I plan to give birth vaginally with an epidural. I will be delivering at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh. We are also seeking a certified birth doula to help assist during the birth when I am potentially unable to make clear decisions. After delivery, we are also seeking assistance from two certified postpartum doulas: (1) A daytime doula to clean, cook, run errands, assist mom in caring for the baby while she isn’t sleeping/working/exercising, and caring for the baby when mom is doing those things. We are hoping that this daytime doula will work Monday – Friday from either 8am – 4pm or 10am – 6pm. (2) A nighttime doula to clean, meal prep, restock supplies, and care for the baby when mom and dad need to sleep. We are hoping that this nighttime doula will work Sunday – Thursday from either 8pm – 8am or 9pm – 7am. These hours are flexible. We are seeking a longer contract from the due date until August 31, 2027. As a bit of background: I am an only child, and so is my husband. We have no cousins on either side, so we have little to no experience with babies or young children. Unfortunately, my mother also passed away in 2023, so I won't have her help. We are older parents -- 44 and 46, respectively -- are finally expecting our miracle baby after many years of miscarriages and IVF.

I am looking for an experienced newborn night nanny or night nurse for my 4-day-old baby boy in Raleigh, NC (27616). I need help as soon as possible, including overnight care so I can get some rest. My baby is formula-fed, recently had a circumcision, and was recently treated for newborn jaundice with phototherapy. I need someone experienced with newborns who can feed him, burp him, change diapers, soothe him, monitor him while he sleeps, and follow safe sleep practices. CPR and newborn care certification are preferred, along with excellent references. I am looking for someone who is kind, patient, reliable, and available on short notice. My budget is flexible for the right caregiver.
hospital birth preferred. budget $1500 - don't currently have a birth plan, hoping someone can guide me through this. This would be my first and I'm seeking guidance.
am seeking a doula to help provide support, advocacy, and guidance throughout my pregnancy and delivery. As I am early in my pregnancy and have not yet had my first OB-GYN appointment, I am still learning about my options and what to expect. I would like a doula to help me understand the process, create a birth plan, and ensure that I feel heard and supported during labor and delivery. Having someone present who can advocate for my needs and help me feel safe and informed is very important to me.
I am very newly pregnant for the first time and doing research to understand what my options are for birth and postpartum support.
This is my first pregnancy so I’m very new to everything, I plan to do a traditional birth at the hospital. I don’t have a birth plan or a budget at the moment
We just moved to NC and practically have 0 support. We also have a 20 month old. My pregnancy is high risk and I’ve had a very contentious relationship with my care providers since moving here. I’d like to hire a doula for additional support. It just feels like I’m going to need it.
