My plan is to give birth as natural as possible with no C-section, at my hospital Intermountain Health Hospital in Golden, CO. i'm looking for a certified doula with at least 5 years of experience. I'd also like to use my in network benefits through Anthem.

I'm specifically looking for guidance on cueing during labor for different positional changes, guided breathwork, and advocacy with the hospital staff.
