I plan to give birth at st Anthony and hope to have a vbac. I am looking to see if I can find someone in network with health first Colorado. I am I interested in a doula however I have no idea what kind of support they provide or at what point in your pregnancy to start seeing one. I do not have a full birth plan yet and never made one with my daughter.

After trying for a few years, my husband and I are expecting our first child via IVF. I plan to give birth in a hospital (St. Anthony's North in Westminster, CO). We have a budget of $2,000. I plan to give birth vaginally, but have not decided whether medicated or unmedicated. Thank you! Sheevani

I plan on giving birth via TOLAC with a hope of a VBAC for my second kiddo. We are delivering at St Joseph’s hospital in Denver. I want to labor at home until I feel I have to go to the hospital, when in the hospital if I have time I would take the epidural but I want to be able to labor on my knees or squating.

Birth doula for an un-medicated birth at a traditional hospital/birth center.

Looking for an affordable doula that can provide support when going in to labor, helping me figure out when to go to the hospital, support while in labor at Rose Hospital, and maybe a few check ins postpartum too. My birth plan is to try to do it naturally with as few interventions as possible but also open to an epidural in case I'm suffering. I don't want too rigid of a plan because I know things can change quickly. Estimated budget: $1000 with postpartum support

Planning to give birth at St. Joe's Hospital in Denver. Didn't have a birth doula with first baby and want a different experience this time. Was hoping for a natural (vaginal, unmedicated) birth last time. Was able to do vaginal but not unmedicated. Also hoping for good energy and relationship with hospital staff, which I did not have last time at a different hospital. Hoping a doula can help support this.

I had a terrible experience with the nurses and did not feel comfortable with the decisions made during birth. I want to avoid medical intervention as much as possible and I need someone to advocate for me. I would like natural options for progressing labor and pain management before considering drugs. I just know that I don’t need much support because this is my second child and my first labor was only 6-7 hours long so my next one may be even shorter . 3. I don’t have much of one because I had such a fast and intense birth with my daughter all I could do was lay there . So that is likely what will happen this time also.
