About me
Birth is an experience that most women never forget in their lives. As a mother myself I reflect on my commencement from just being a young adult to becoming a Mother. In reflection I remember every single individual that was involved in not just my labor but my education, comfortability, and exciting changes. I remember feeling so excited but more importantly, so ready. That confidence and clarity as a first time mother is what I want for every woman. As a Doula, it is my passion to teach, encourage and care for the mothers in my care just as my family did for me. I want her to look back on this experience and not remember fear or pain but pride and courage. I look forward to discussing your unique vision for your birth and making this a wonderfully beautiful experience before during and after your delivery.

From our first meeting over zoom she was very warm and engaged and her experience really helped me picture what I wanted my second birth to be like. In our prenatal visits at my home we went through different birthing positions and breathing techniques that helped me feel equipped to take on labor. Knowing I had someone in my corner with experience who would be there to help me through and speak up for the things I wanted made all the difference. I can’t recommend Ashlie enough!!
