Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth support only

Text my number when you have questions the week of your due date and calls when you start labor. I’ll go to the hospital, birth center, or home (wherever you plan to give birth) for when you need me and for your labor to offer comfort measures, advocacy, and guidance. Then I will help you get settled into the first few hours of postpartum.

$700 USD · Flat rate

Prenatal and Birth support

This package comes with two prenatal visits where we will discuss comfort measures and support from your birth partner if you have one. We will go over some labor, birth, and postpartum education. You can text me at any point with questions and call when labor starts. Once labor has picked up I will head over to offer support with comfort measures, positions, education, and gentle advocacy. I will be available to you immediately postpartum for an hour or two to help you get settled in. Then I will be available over text for further postpartum support and questions.

$1,000 USD · Flat rate

Postpartum

This package includes an hourly rate which is a sliding scale, depending on the needs of you and your baby. I can come over to help do some house cleaning and chat. We can go out and about together and I can hold your baby. We can do at home support. Or I can take care of your baby and you have some alone time. This is very customizable.

$28 USD · Per hour

What to expect

I offer gentle evidence based prenatal, birth, and postnatal support. My approach is parent customized education, calm and collected advocacy, and soothing/ enriching postnatal support. Please contact me for specifics!
