About Gopika

I am a Mother of my lovely 6 year old son and my 2.5 year old daughter. As a birth and postpartum doula and the Founder of my Women's Wellness Organization 'Chikkitsa' I have dedicated my study and practice to Holistic health and wellness that focuses on the Mother-Baby dyad as a sacred union. I foster this union by ensuring the Mother's needs are met in the best manner with respect for traditional roots and cultural birth and care practices. I am skilled in helping Mothers prepare for natural labour and birth integrating movement, nutrition and breath work in my care. I have also led homebirths and helped mothers recover from a difficult birth especially an emergency C-section. I specialize in postpartum body care and pranic healing (a form of reiki) to help mother recover better and sooner so she can be present to her most cherished time of life with her little one and can actually enjoy this phase she worked so hard for.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Care

Most services are available at an hourly rate of $44. Full Pregnancy Care package - Duration 9 Months with all services mentioned is for $2000. If you need financial assistance - please reach out as we try and keep some subsidized spots. Body care services range from $50 - $150 depending on what you need. What to expect

Services offered: FERTILITY & CONCEPTION - Womb Cleanse, Past Miscarriage healing, Fertility Health, Successful Conception PREGNANCY - 1. Natural, Stable and healthy conception with womb energetics and nutrition for first trimester. 2. Nutrition for Healthy Blood markers, Movement and Yoga, Breathwork and Labour prep + Baby Prep 3. Natural Birth and Postpartum Care + Body care, massage. Baby care - Breastfeeding support and Baby bath, massage, and sleep. 4. Extended visits after birth for Mother's Wellness.
