I am a DOÑA certified Birth Doula and a VBAC certified doula who loves to work along side families throughout their pregnancy and birth. My goal is to help you feel empowered and supported. I will provide you with evidence based education and emotional, physical and mental support ever step along the way. I will be with you through out labor until you are settled with baby after birth. It’s your birth and I would love to help you write your story! I am also an experienced postpartum doula and would love to offer you additional support after birth in the “fourth trimester” if you desire. Helping you as you adjust as a family with services such as education and resources, mother and baby care, light house keeping, sibling care, breast feeding support, running errands, light house keeping and light meal prep

For my birth package I offer evidence based education, physical, emotional and mental support throughout your pregnancy and your birth, and into postpartum. My birth package includes at least two prenatal appointments where we discuss your needs and desires for your birth, build a birth plan and discuss comfort techniques and laboring positions and build connection. Text support throughout your pregnancy. Where I will answer your questions and offer resources. I will be on call 24/7 from 38 weeks until your birth. I offer Continuous labor support for you and your partner, And one postpartum visit where we will process your birth, discuss healing and breastfeeding concerns and I will offer education and resources and support I also provide many different Postpartum packages, where I offer mother and baby care, Education and resources, emotional and physical support, light, housekeeping, light, sibling, care, light meal, prep, running errands, and just general support as you adjust as a new family.
