Hi, I'm Ellen, a certified full spectrum doula serving Oregon's Mid-Willamette Valley. Welcoming a new addition to your family is a transformative event. Every birth situation is unique and all expecting families can benefit from having knowledgeable, dedicated support tailored to their needs and wishes. My goal is to help families be confident, prepared and fully supported for the best possible experience, no matter the path. I strive to empower families through compassionate, unbiased, judgment-free doula care and provide trustworthy information and resources to aid in informed decision-making. It is a privilege to be a part of the birth of a new family and to build relationships and learn from everyone I work with. I have additional training in lactation, birth equity, acupressure and massage for labor, aromatherapy, VBAC, trauma prevention, infant loss and birth justice. I'm Body Ready Method™ certified Pro and an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Standard Birth

2 prenatal appointments, unlimited text/emails/phone support, 24 hour on call support 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date, continuous support during active labor and ~2 hours postpartum and 2 postpartum visits. Virtual services available as appropriate. Sliding scale available.

$1,600 USD · Flat rate

Additional Prenatal/Postpartum visits

Good preparation and a good start with your new family is important. I offer additional visits to be sure you get the support you need when you need it.

Body Ready Birth

Helping you AND your partner to prepare for your birth and develop: Confidence to know EXACTLY how to move in birth to help your baby progress. Clarity about how YOUR body likes to move to open your pelvis. Learn innovative HANDS-ON techniques to increase comfort and connection with your partner during labor. The know-how to minimize and prevent common birth injuries with PROVEN methods. My clients will get this content at a 40% discount

What to expect

My services are flexible and tailored to you. Fees are sliding scale based your needs, what you can afford and your circumstances. I offer full spectrum doula and lactation support, pregnancy loss, personal Body Ready Method® assessment and Evidence Based Birth® classes. My standard birth package includes 2 prenatal appointments, unlimited text/emails/phone support, 24 hour on call support 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date, continuous support during active labor and ~2 hours postpartum and 2 postpartum visits. Virtual services available as appropriate.
