About Amanda

Hi! My name is Amanda. I’m a mom of four and a postpartum doula, and I truly love what I do. I love taking care of babies, supporting families, and especially helping new moms feel more confident and enjoy motherhood in a lighter, more peaceful way. I know that having a baby can be beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming, especially in the beginning. My goal is to make this season a little easier for every family I work with. I provide newborn care, overnight support, and guidance with feeding and baby routines, always respecting each family’s needs and preferences. I want moms to feel supported, get some much-needed rest, and know that they don’t have to figure everything out alone. For me, being a doula is not just about caring for the baby, but also making sure mom feels cared for, too. ❤️

This isn’t a review, but a thank-you. We had gone days without sleep, and Amanda agreed to support us with our baby, who was already 3 weeks old. Thank you, Amanda, because you brought calm and clarity into our home. As first-time parents, we felt lost and terrified, which left us stressed and anxious. You went above and beyond your job. You folded laundry so many times, without us even asking, that's mean a lot for us. You cared for my wife as if she were your own sister, helping her feel calm and confident in her journey into motherhood. Your diagnosis of tongue-tie was incredibly accurate. We can honestly divide our breastfeeding journey and our experience as parents into two chapters: before you and after you. Thank you so much for giving us far more than we ever expected.

I truly don’t think I could have had the birth experience I did without Amanda From the moment we met, she made me feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. As a first-time mom, I had so many fears and questions, but she never made me feel like any concern was too small. She prepared me emotionally, helped me understand my options, and gave me the confidence to trust my body. When labor started, having her by my side changed everything. She stayed calm through every contraction, reminded me to breathe, suggested different positions that helped tremendously, and knew exactly when to encourage me and when to simply be present. Her reassurance made me feel safe even during the hardest moments. She also worked beautifully alongside the hospital staff and made sure my birth preferences were respected while helping me understand everything that was happening. My partner has said many times that her support was invaluable for him too. She guided both of us through one of the biggest moments of our lives. After my baby was born, she continued to care for us. She helped with our first breastfeeding session, encouraged skin-to-skin contact, and checked in on me emotionally when I needed it most. I never felt alone. What stands out the most is that she truly cares. This isn’t just a job for her, it is her calling. She has an incredible combination of knowledge, compassion, patience, and professionalism that is hard to find. If I ever have another baby, I wouldn’t even consider giving birth without Amanda. Hiring her was one of the best investments we made for our family. I recommend her wholeheartedly to any expecting parents. She helped make one of the most important days of our lives feel empowering, peaceful, and unforgettable.

I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda and Izabella for an in-person postpartum doula consultation, and I was immediately struck by how warm, friendly, and genuinely comforting they both were. They arrived right on time, dressed in professional nursing uniforms, which instantly put me at ease and made me feel like I was in incredibly capable hands. During our 30-minute consultation, they walked through my baby’s nursery with me, offered thoughtful setup suggestions, and answered every question I had — from birth prep to breathing techniques to newborn care. Despite this being my third baby, they shared tips and insights I had never heard before. Their depth of knowledge was obvious, and their calm, grounded presence made everything feel manageable. I had originally planned to work with both of them for overnight support, but my mother unexpectedly decided to stay with us long-term, so I released the dates I had booked. Even though we didn’t move forward, I still wanted to leave a review because they truly made a wonderful impression. Their professionalism, kindness, and expertise stood out immediately, and any family would be lucky to have them as part of their postpartum support team. Highly recommend meeting with them — they really know what they’re doing, and they bring such warmth to the experience.
