Of high importance to me is a nurse certified in safe sleep practices to reduce risk of SIDS, middle of the night breastfeeding support like bringing the baby to mom and then handling everything afterwards (burping, holding upright, swaddling etc), washing of bottle and pump parts as well as milk collection, labeling and storage methods.
At least 1 year of experience, speaks English available 3 to 4 days a week for my baby once I go back to work. 14 hour shifts per night from 6 pm to 8 am. Duties are mainly babysitting baby and putting baby to sleep
