I provide birth and postpartum support for families as they navigate pregnancy, childbirth, recovery, and life with a new baby. YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES: AFTERNOON SUPPORT 12 PM - 5 PM * 5 afternoon visits over 6 weeks, you’ll have 25 hours of postpartum support * Baby care while you shower, eat, or nap + Feeding support (nursing, bottle, or combination feeding) + Soothing techniques & sleep routine guidance * Light housekeeping (laundry & dishes) + Meal preparation for your recovery Check-in on your recovery & well-being at every visit Ideal for: Moms who have some help at home but want a few afternoons to rest, eat, and know their baby is in good hands. Perfect for second-time moms, families on a budget, or anyone who needs extra support during the hardest early weeks.

Extended Support Package

EVERYTHING IN BASIC SUPPORT, PLUS: EVENING SUPPORT 6 PM - 10 PM * 12 evening visits over 12 weeks + 48 hours of evening support * Help managing fussy evenings + Support establishing a calm bedtime routine + Extra time to rest, recharge, and enjoy dinner Ideal for: Moms whose babies get fussy in the evenings and who feel worn out by dinnertime. Enjoy extra hands during the evening stretch, a calmer bedtime routine, and time to rest and eat a real dinner, with steady support for the full 12 weeks.

Overnight Support Package

EVERYTHING IN BASIC SUPPORT PLUS: OVERNIGHT CARE 10 PM - 6 AM * 54 hours of overnight support over 8 weeks * Respite care to help maximize your rest + Guidance with nighttime parenting skills * Feeding assistance * Help settling your baby and building a sleep routine * Quiet household tasks to make your nights easier Ideal for: Any family looking for extra overnight support, whether you want more restful sleep, help with nighttime feedings and diaper changes, reassurance as a new parent, or simply an extra set of hands during the night.

What to expect

I'm a new postpartum support provider, and I help new parents get through those first few weeks at home with a baby. Feeding doesn't always come easy, whether you're nursing, pumping, or using bottles, and I'm here to walk you through it so you're not guessing at 3 a.m. I also share current safe sleep and SIDS risk reduction information, so you know exactly how and where your baby should sleep and can rest easier yourself. On top of that, I can take over some of the newborn care and handle the laundry or a meal so you can rest and heal. My focus is on mom, because she's recovering from something huge and she deserves to be taken care of too. If you're tired and not sure what you need, that's okay! We'll figure out what helps most.
