3 week old will not latch without a nipple guard, but doesnt stay latched for more than a minute with it, low supply of only around 20oz a day, always pumping less than 2oz from right breast, and only pumping between 2-3 out of left breast. Nipples flattening immediately after stimulation so nothing for baby to latch too, when pumping or breastfeeding milk only comes out in drops and very rarely sprays when pumping
Almost 4 week old with shallow latch, chiropractor said she has lip tie, tongue tie and cheek tie. Pediatrician confirmed lip tie, I have a release for lip tie schedule at the end of October but am feeling wary of if its actually the right move which is why I am really wanting some knowledgeable input from and IBLCL. Hoping to find someone covered by my fidelis insurance
