I am a high risk pregnancy and will be giving birth at Brigham in Boston. I am 38 years old I need help with a birth plan I have a supportive husband that is very helpful but we want help for this first experience.

I’m planning to deliver at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence with the midwives at the birthing center, and I’m based in Mansfield, MA. I’m looking for a doula who is experienced with Women & Infants and supportive of a midwife-led birth experience. This is my first baby and pregnancy, so looking for all the advice and support! I have United Healthcare through Harvard Pilgrim, so I’d also love to know whether you accept this insurance, offer reimbursement support, or can provide a superbill. This is my second baby after several years going through IVF. WIth my first, I really struggled during the postpartum period and found that my friends and family were not prepared to offer help, so I appreciate any support (both with caring for the baby, myself after a C-section, and my mental health) that can be offered. I am especially interested if my Blue Cross insurance could be applied.

Hospital birth As natural as possible but high risk-bicuspid aortic valve-being seen by MFM Plan to use insurance Birth plan: epidural or possibly not, laboring down as much as long as possible allowing fetal ejection reflex to hopefully take place so minimal pushing. I declined the use of a forceps/suction assisted birth. C section is also still on the table. Want to move about freely or if there’s an epidural in place assistance moving, do not want to birth on my back. Minimal vaccines, delaying schedule and not doing all of them. Must be the preservative free vitamin k shot and if not available then drops only. Delayed cord clamping until white or not pulsating. Baby stays in room with us at all times for all tests etc.. plan to breast feed.

Hospital birth Insurance covered Birth doula after

I plan to give birth at Women and infants. I think they are planning on inducing me because I am considered higher risk. Our budget is between 800-1000, but can go up to 1200 if it's the right person. My birth plan is to not die basically. I don't know. I know I want an epidural. I don't know what my options are. My husband and I have a history of medical trauma, and so there is some anxiety on his part going in.

Where do you plan to give birth (home/hospital)? Hospital — Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. I am interested in using the Alternative Birthing Center (ABC) room if I remain eligible. Describe your birth plan: I am planning a midwife-led hospital birth with an OB available if medically necessary. My goal is to have an unmedicated, low-intervention vaginal birth and use the Alternative Birthing Center at Rhode Island Hospital if I remain eligible. I would like freedom of movement during labor and want to use different positions, breathing techniques, massage, counter-pressure, hydrotherapy/water labor, and other non-medication comfort measures. I plan to give birth at a hospital, Bridgman and Women’s Hospital, Boston, Ma. My estimated budget is $2000. I would like be unmedicated for labor and delivery. Delayed umbilical cord cutting. Immediate skin to skin after delivery. The plan if all goes well and no emergencies. I would like my provider to be Christian based, doula and/or midwife certified with at least 5+ years of experience or 50+ birthing experience.

I plan to give birth in hospital with absolutely no interventions. I have Neighborhood Health Plan of RI. My goal is no interventions, and please I would like to work with someone that practices informed consent and will not get personally angry or treat me differently if I deny a given procedure!

Newton Wellesley hospital - $1500-$2000 - developing a birth plan currently with minimal to no vaccines. We are looking to avoid all vaccines possible and spending time doing research to decide after 3-12 months postpartum.
