Hello! I am looking for a post-partum doula. We are first-time-parents and plan to give birth at either St Marys or Piedmont in Athens. We both have employers with Carrot fertility who provide up to a $15k benefit. Right now we are investigating Doula options up to 6 weeks post-birth. We would also love to consult with someone on a birth plan although we are considering delivering with just the two of us in the room at the hospital at this time. Thanks!

Im high risk for post partum depression and know that lack of sleep will deeply impact my ability to mother until a routine is established.
