I plan to give birth to twins at Cornell. I’m working on my birth plan, deciding between a planned C-section or attempting a natural birth. I have Anthem BCBS and would prefer someone in network.

I would like to match with a doula that will help me prepare for birth, create a birth plan, and provide in-person support when the contractions start. Additionally, I would like a doula that will guide me and help me through breastfeeding and the first weeks of the baby. I plan to give birth at Mount Sinai West. I do not have a budget since I do not know how much this services cost, but I am open to check the offers. I do not have a birth plan yet and I would like to discuss that with the doula.

Hello, I am a first time mom here and I’d like to give birth either at home or in a birthing center. Idk if u guys have anythig through insurance ? Id really love my birth to be as natural as possible. I want to avoid c section, epidural. And really focus on a healthy vaginal delivery. I also like to further discuss exact plans right after delivery such as delay cord clamping and having baby RIGHT on me post delivery. Placenta to be pushed out by me and not physically pulled (unless for emegerncy) no unnecessary cervical checks or vaccines for baby. Im still very early and am feeling very anxious and need to find an OB or midwife
